Qualification: ITI (Electrician/Wireman/Plumbing) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Job Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical and plumbing systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults, wiring, DBs, MCBs, pumps, pipelines, valves, and sanitary fittings.
- Maintain DG sets, UPS, water supply systems, and facility utilities.
- Attend maintenance complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain maintenance records and follow safety standards.
- Support minor civil, HVAC, and carpentry maintenance when required.
Preferred
- Electrical Supervisor License.
- Experience in facility management, commercial buildings, hotels, malls, stadiums, or industrial maintenance.
