About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced MTS Developer to join our Banking and Payments technology team. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in MTS Development, payment messaging systems, and banking applications. You will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting mission-critical payment applications while ensuring system stability, reliability, and high performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain applications on the MTS platform.
- Develop technical solutions based on business and functional requirements.
- Support banking application enhancements, migrations, upgrades, and production releases.
- Configure and maintain MTS components, including processes, lines, queues, remote records, REL, and AUX database components.
- Develop and enhance payment processing workflows and message handling capabilities.
- Troubleshoot technical, configuration, and application issues across production and non-production environments.
- Support payment message processing and ensure application availability and stability.
- Review technical requirements and implement high-quality code changes.
- Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, release planning, and deployment activities.
- Perform Proof of Concepts (POCs)



and prepare technical documentation.
- Ensure adherence to development standards, security guidelines, and banking compliance requirements.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in MTS Development.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Payment Systems.
- Strong understanding of payment message flows and processing.
- Knowledge of SWIFT MT/MX, CHIPS, and Fedwire payment formats.
- Good understanding of FIN (MT) and ISO 20022 messaging standards.
- Experience with MTS configuration, including Processes, Lines, Queues, Remote Records, REL, and AUX components.
- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience working on enterprise payment processing platforms.
- Exposure to payment modernization and banking transformation projects.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
