We are seeking a skilled MTS Developer, Bangalore having 6+ yrs with strong experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and maintain MTS (Message Transfer System) applications.
Work on SWIFT MT/MX and ISO 20022 payment messaging standards.
Understand and manage end-to-end payment message flow and processing .
Configure and support Processes, Lines, Queues, and Remote Records in MTS.
Monitor production environments and resolve incidents within SLA.
Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for payment processing issues.
Collaborate with business, operations, and development teams for issue resolution and system enhancements.
Ensure compliance with banking standards and payment regulations.
Support production releases and post-deployment validation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Hands-on experience in MTS Development .
Strong experience in the Banking/Payments domain .
Good knowledge of SWIFT MT/MX messaging .
Experience with ISO 20022 Payment Messaging .
Strong understanding of Payment Message Flow & Processing .
Experience in Production Support and incident management.
