Mode of interview: F2F/ Walk-In on 8th Aug SPOC: Divya Mukundan Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant/Developer with hands-on expertise in Dynamics CRM customization, plugin development, integrations, and Power Platform technologies. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills in CRM development and extensive experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

- Develop and maintain Plugins, Custom Workflows, Actions, Custom APIs, and Business Process Flows.
- Create and customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, ribbons, and security models.
- Develop integrations with external applications using REST APIs, Web Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.




- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and related modules.
- Work with Power Platform components including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
- Perform code reviews, deployments, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and solution architects to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Support production issues and provide technical guidance to junior team members.

Required Technical Skills Must

Have - 5-12 years of IT experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE.
