Creator Engine is a post-production studio working with digital creators and premium content brands across India and globally. Our work lives inside timelines built for YouTube, social, and long-form storytelling, where motion graphics carry weight. They're not decorations bolted on at the end.

About the Role

Motion should know when to support the edit, when to lead the moment, and when to get out of the way. That judgement is the job. You'll work directly with editors and creative producers, building motion systems that shape pace, clarity, and emotion rather than sitting on top of a finished cut.

This role is a 6-month contract to start, with the possibility of converting to a full-time position based on performance and fit.

Some of the work runs on US client schedules. You'll need the flexibility to shift your hours and overlap with US time zones when a project calls for it.

What You'll Do

- Design and animate motion graphics for YouTube, Brands, social, digital films, and long-form series: titles, lower thirds, transitions, explainer elements, and visual accents that serve the edit
- Work directly with editors during post, not in isolation and not on handoffs
- Build reusable motion templates and systems that speed up turnaround without flattening the work
- Adapt motion style to the creator, audience, and format each project needs
- Keep project structures clean and export-ready
- Iterate rapid against tight timelines without dropping quality

What We're Looking For

- About 4-6 years of hands-on motion graphics experience
- Expert-level After Effects, with strong working knowledge of Premiere Pro




- Comfortable using AI tools inside a motion graphics workflow: this is a working expectation, not a nice-to-have
- A clear read on YouTube pacing, retention, and visual language for Brands
- A portfolio that shows motion working inside real edits, not just as standalone reels
- Flexibility to overlap with US time zones when projects need it
- Good to have: awareness of global motion design trends, basic 3D (Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya), a sense of typography and brand consistency, and an understanding of audio-sync and music-driven motion

- You can explain why a motion choice works, not just that it does
- You're curious about where motion design is heading, and you experiment with AI tools as part of how you work, not as an afterthought
- You can take a no on an idea you liked without taking it personally
- You want real ownership of the work, not a brief to execute and forget
- You've worked with YouTube or fast-moving digital content, and slow, agency-style timelines aren't what you're looking for
