Role Description This is a remote, contract role for an L4 Technical Support professional focused on the MODA applications, requiring 5+ years of experience. The role involves providing advanced technical support, handling complex incidents, and serving as an escalation point for lower-level support teams.

Daily tasks include diagnosing and troubleshooting application and system issues, analyzing logs and performance data, and coordinating solutions with internal technical and business stakeholders. The L4 Technical Support professional will interact with customers and end users to resolve problems, ensure high customer satisfaction, and document resolutions and best practices. The role may also involve contributing to knowledge base content, recommending process improvements, and supporting application upgrades and enhancements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills, including experience handling complex application and system issues.




- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for root-cause analysis, problem resolution, and interpreting technical and functional data.
- Candidates should possess Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, including clear communication and a service-oriented mindset.
- 5+ years of experience in L3/L4 technical support or similar senior support roles, preferably supporting enterprise or healthcare-related applications.
- Experience working in remote, distributed teams and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with incident management, ticketing systems, and ITIL-based support processes is beneficial.
- Knowledge of healthcare, life sciences, or compliance-driven environments (e.g., GxP, validation, audit readiness) is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
