- Create new report templates as per the requirement.
- Collate reports from different queues and prepare dashboards
- Automate reports to reduce man-hours spent on existing reports.
- Prepare and publish weekly and monthly dashboards to management.
- Manage database & prepare different report
- Update centers on recent changes in reports as and when introduced.
- Regularly follow-up with centers on report completeness & accuracy.
- Prepare Ad hoc reports based on the requirements from the stakeholders.
- Has knowledge of Genesys dialer
