Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to build, maintain, and improve the company's Management Information System (MIS). The role involves designing Excel and Google Sheets-based reporting systems, dashboards, KPI trackers, and process monitoring formats while supporting a structured nine-month business systems implementation programme. This is a long-term opportunity with direct exposure to the Managing Partner.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain MIS using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Design dashboards, KPI/KRA trackers, monitoring sheets, and management reports.
- Develop reporting formats for Finance, Sales, HR, Purchase, CRM, Marketing, Construction, and other departments.
- Create user-friendly templates with formulas, data validation, drop-downs, protected cells, and error checks.
- Consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly reports and ensure timely submission.
- Review data accuracy and coordinate with departments to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain version control, backups,



and organised Google Drive documentation.
- Continuously improve and automate reporting formats wherever possible.
- Attend weekly business systems sessions with the Managing Partner and implement the frameworks across the organisation.

Required Skills

- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF formulas, Conditional Formatting, Charts, Data Validation, Sheet Protection).
- Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets (QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, IMPORTRANGE, Dashboards, Google Forms integration).
- Ability to build MIS formats and dashboards from scratch.
- Robust analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic written English.
- Ability to learn new business systems and implement structured processes.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Power Query or Power Pivot.
- Basic Google Apps Script automation.
- Experience with KRA/KPI reporting and process documentation.

Candidate Profile

- 2–4 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data management.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Stable employment history with good job continuity.
- Based in Gurugram or nearby.
