Job Title: MIS Executive

Skill (Must): Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced), VBA Macros, MS Access, Google Sheets, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), Sum If, Count If, MIS.

Location: Bangalore and Hyderabad

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented MIS responsible for data collection, reporting, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate will have solid analytical skills, experience in stakeholder management, and the ability to drive reporting efficiency and data accuracy across functions.

Key Responsibilities

MIS analyst responsible for creating and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports/dashboards.

- Understand business objectives and provide insights by transforming raw data into actionable business intelligence.
- Develop and automate reports to track KPIs, SLAs, and productivity across business units.
- Ensure timely delivery of accurate MIS to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, HR, product, etc.) to gather reporting requirements.
- Maintain data integrity and standardization across reporting platforms.
- Identify opportunities to improve data collection, storage,



and reporting processes.
- Provide guidance, training, and quality control for the MIS team.
- Present periodic summaries and insights to senior leadership.
- Should ready to work in night shifts or any shifts requested by the leadership team

Should be ready to work from office to support the delivery & leadership team

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced), VBA Macros, MS Access, Google Sheets, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Ability to handle large data sets and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Exposure to automation tools (e.g., VBA, Google Apps Script, Python) is an added advantage.
