- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Collect, verify, and maintain data from different departments.
- Prepare and maintain Excel reports, dashboards, and trackers.
- Handle data entry, data analysis, and reconciliation.
- Monitor daily performance and prepare productivity reports.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Generate reports related to sales, attendance, recruitment, operations, targets, etc.
- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with concerned departments for correction.
- Present reports and key information to management in a clear format.
- Ensure reports are prepared and shared within deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.

Required Skills:

- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/COUNTIF, IF formulas, filters and sorting.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.




- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage large amounts of data.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate from any recognized university.
- Freshers with good Excel knowledge can apply.
- Candidates with MIS/reporting experience will be preferred.
- Should be comfortable working with numbers and Excel-based reports.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
