Roles and Responsibilities:

- Work on MS Excel applications and other reporting tools to support business operations.

- Generate periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual) related to assessment data for smooth assessment operations and client billing.

- Update, maintain, improve, and automate existing reports and datasets to enhance reporting efficiency and consistency.

- Coordinate with multiple teams to collect, consolidate, and validate data required for reporting activities.

- Set priorities, analyze issues, and work towards deadlines for report deliveries.

- Follow standardized practices and established methods while performing day-to-day activities.

- Upgrade skills periodically to adapt to changing business needs and job requirements.





Skills Required:

- Understanding of the assessment domain and industry, with knowledge of assessment operations and reporting requirements.

- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Advanced MS Excel and MS Word, along with exposure to reporting tools.

- Good analytical ability to translate data into meaningful reports and actionable insights.

- Experience in report generation, data validation, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.

- Strong coordination skills with the ability to work collaboratively with supervisors, co-workers, and cross-functional teams.

- Positive written and verbal communication skills to effectively manage stakeholder interactions.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, analyze issues, and work effectively under tight deadlines.

- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy and reporting quality.
