We're seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our BPO team. The ideal candidate will manage and analyze operational data, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy to support decision-making processes across departments.
- Key Responsibilities:*
- Design, develop, and maintain reports using MS Excel, Power BI, or other tools
- Extract and analyze data to provide actionable insights
- Automate reports and improve processes
- Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate with operations, HR, and quality teams
- Prepare dashboards and performance trackers
- Monitor KPIs and generate variance reports
- Assist in forecasting, planning, and budgeting
- Required Skills & Qualifications:*
- Graduate in any discipline ((link unavailable), BBA, BCA preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in MIS or data analysis in BPO/service environment
- Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros)




- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Understanding of BPO metrics (AHT, SLA, Attrition)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Preferred Qualifications:*
- Certification in Data Analytics or Advanced Excel
- Experience with SQL or database management tools
- Familiarity with workforce management (WFM) tools
