Role & responsibilities

- Perform MIG welding on various metal parts, structures, and fabrication components

- Read and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols

- Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, fitting, and aligning components before welding

- Ensure proper welding quality with minimum defects and rework

- Operate welding machines, grinders, and fabrication tools safely and efficiently

- Inspect welded joints for strength, finishing, and dimensional accuracy

- Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper machine handling

- Follow production schedules and complete assigned work within deadlines

- Coordinate with fabrication, production, and quality teams for smooth workflow

- Follow all safety standards, PPE guidelines, and workplace discipline

- Reduce material wastage and maintain cleanliness in the work area





- Report any machine faults or safety issues to supervisors immediately

Preferred candidate profile

- ITI Welder / Fabricator or relevant technical qualification preferred

- Experience in MIG welding and fabrication work preferred

- Basic knowledge of welding techniques, fabrication, and metal handling

- Ability to read engineering drawings and welding symbols

- Candidate should be hardworking, disciplined, and quality-focused

- Good technical understanding and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

- Candidates from engineering, fabrication, or machinery industries will be preferred

- Freshers with good technical knowledge can also apply

- Solid teamwork and positive work attitude required
