Role Description This is a full-time, in office Salesperson role based in Kozhikode. The Salesperson is responsible for engaging with walk-in and referred customers, understanding their travel needs, and recommending budget-friendly trip options, packages, and services. Day-to-day tasks include presenting travel solutions, explaining pricing and features, handling inquiries,



and assisting customers with bookings and payment processes. The role involves maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions, following up with prospects, and building long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. The Salesperson collaborates with the internal team to share customer feedback, support promotional campaigns, and ensure a consistent, customer-centric experience at the Kozhikode location.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, understand needs, and build trust with a diverse range of travelers.
Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience in presenting options, handling objections, and closing deals in a retail or service environment.
Basic knowledge of travel planning or interest in the travel sector, with the ability to learn about destinations, budget options, and package structures.
