Truth & Hair is a Shark Tank India-backed, trichologist-founded hair care brand on a mission to make honest, scalp-safe hair care the norm. We're a fast-growing, founder-led D2C brand building India's hair-first beauty category.

Role Summary
We're looking for an E-commerce Revenue Specialist to own and grow Truth & Hair's performance across marketplaces including Amazon, Nykaa, and Flipkart. You'll be responsible for catalog health, pricing, promotions, and driving measurable revenue growth across every platform we sell on.

Key Responsibilities
Own performance and revenue growth across marketplaces (Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, and others)
Manage product listings, catalog health, pricing, and promotional calendars across platforms
Track and optimize key metrics including conversion rate, ACOS/ROAS, and sell-through
Coordinate with marketplace account managers and performance marketing/ads teams
Forecast demand and plan inventory in partnership with the operations team
Prepare regular performance reports and insights for leadership

Requirements




2–3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace growth roles (D2C, FMCG, or beauty preferred)
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Nykaa, and Flipkart seller dashboards
Solid proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort working with data
Solid understanding of catalog management, pricing, and promotional mechanics
Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills
Based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon

Nice to Have
Experience in D2C beauty or personal care
Familiarity with marketplace ad platforms (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads)
Experience with inventory planning or demand forecasting tools
