Overview

The Research Program Manager will lead Gallagher's Employer Surveys & Benchmarking research initiatives, overseeing program strategy, stakeholder engagement, consulting support, project governance, and delivery excellence.

The role will serve as the primary interface between business stakeholders and the research team while ensuring the successful delivery of survey and benchmarking programs that drive client and business outcomes.



This role aligns closely with the stakeholder engagement, consulting support, SOW development, survey development, and project leadership responsibilities.

Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders
Facilitate discovery sessions and steering meetings

Develop Statements of Work (SOWs)
Support proposals and business development
Translate business requirements into research objectives

Review research methodologies

Validate insights, analyses, and recommendations
