The Role

We are looking for a driven Sales & Technocommercial Manager who understands the science of coatings and the art of sales. You will not only drive revenue growth but also act as a technical consultant for our clients,



helping them choose the right formulations and custom R&D; shades for their specific product needs.
Key Responsibilities

Drive B2B Sales: Identify and acquire current business from OEMs, fabricators, and manufacturers across core sectors (Furniture, Automotive, Appliances, Agricultural Equipment, etc.).
Technocommercial Consultation: Bridge the gap between technical specs and commercial viability. Recommend the best solutions from our portfolio (Hybrid, Pure Epoxy, Architectural, Hammertone, etc.).
Cross-Selling: Promote our supplementary Parth Chemtech products, including Ultrasonic Sieving Machines and Aerosol Touch-Up Sprays.
Account Management: Build long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring quick sample turnaround and seamless on-ground technical support.
Market Strategy: Analyze regional market trends and collaborate with our R&D; team to address specific customer requirements and shade-matching needs.
