We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the evolution of PriSMS, a comprehensive Student Management System designed for higher education institutions. The Product Manager will act as the bridge between business, product, and technology teams working closely with the Product Owner, engineering teams, and the low-code platform team (Metacode) to deliver scalable, compliant, and user-centric solutions.
The ideal candidate will have experience in EdTech, student lifecycle management, enterprise SaaS products, and low-code ecosystems, with a solid understanding of higher education operations and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define and manage the product roadmap for PriSMS aligned with institutional and business goals.
Translate strategic objectives into product requirements and prioritized features.
Identify opportunities for product innovation across admissions, enrollment, academics, finance,
compliance, and student engagement.
Collaboration with Product Owner
Partner closely with the Product Owner to refine product vision, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning.
Convert business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
Ensure alignment between stakeholder needs and development deliverables.
Low-Code Platform (Metacode) Alignment
Work with the Metacode platform team to understand platform capabilities, constraints, and reusable components.
Design scalable product features leveraging low-code architecture.
Define configuration standards, integration patterns, and extensibility requirements.
Collaborate on platform enhancements needed to support PriSMS growth.
