About the Role
Globrands Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results-driven Area Sales Manager with a strong background in Corporate Gifting or the Luggage/Backpack Industry. The ideal candidate should have an established client network, proven field sales experience, and a successful track record in generating leads, handling key accounts, and closing high-value B2B deals.

Key Responsibilities
Drive B2B sales for backpacks, travel bags, and corporate gifting solutions.
Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and client referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
Handle complete sales cycles from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
Manage key accounts and expand business with existing clients.




Identify new market opportunities and develop territory-wise sales strategies.
Conduct product presentations and client meetings.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales reports, customer database, and pipeline updates.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of Field Sales experience (Mandatory).
Experience in the Luggage Industry or Corporate Gifting Industry is mandatory.
Candidates with a strong corporate client database and excellent business network are highly preferred.

Relationship Management
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of the Bengaluru market.
Comfortable with regular field travel.
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Off
