Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ERP Technical Program Manager to lead and manage large-scale ERP programs, including implementations, upgrades, integrations, digital transformation initiatives, and custom application development. The ideal candidate will possess a solid technical background in ERP technologies, proven program management expertise, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams across business and technology domains.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of complex ERP programs and transformation initiatives.
Manage ERP implementations, upgrades, migrations, integrations, and application modernization projects.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, solution architects, technical teams, vendors, and offshore/global delivery centers to ensure successful program execution.
Drive program governance, risk management, issue resolution, resource planning, and stakeholder communication.
