Job Responsibilities
As a key member of the Expert Network team, you will be responsible for:
Expert Identification & Engagement
Independently identify and engage with industry professionals and subject-matter experts aligned with client requests.
Assess expert relevance and ensure strong project fit.
Client Relationship Management
Manage client communication during the EU shift.
Build trust-based relationships and understand core project needs.
Expert Support
Provide prompt assistance to experts, addressing queries and ensuring smooth collaboration.
Revenue Growth




Drive revenue by sourcing high-quality experts and growing opportunities within your assigned accounts.
Identify potential upselling and cross-selling avenues.
Project Coordination
Collaborate with consultants and analysts to ensure seamless project delivery.
Maintain transparent and timely communication between clients, experts, and internal teams.
Research & Analysis
Conduct quantitative and qualitative research based on client requirements.
Deliver sharp insights on industries, markets, and trending topics.

Preferred Qualifications
We’re seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or related fields.
Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and research capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
