Role Overview
The Assistant Manager – Global AP & Financial Accounting (India) will own the end-to-end accounts payable function across all of OpenFX's group entities, while maintaining accurate books for the India entity. This is a hands-on role responsible for running a high-volume, multi-entity, multi-currency AP cycle, keeping vendor payments accurate and on time, and ensuring the financial records are clean and audit-ready.
Based in Bangalore and reporting to the Finance Lead, India,



this individual will partner closely with the global finance team and local consultants across jurisdictions to ensure alignment with group-level controls, reporting standards, and payment timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Accounts Payable
Own the end-to-end accounts payable cycle across all group entities: receive, verify, code, and process vendor invoices and expense claims accurately and on time.
Manage AP in multiple currencies and across jurisdictions, ensuring correct entity attribution, FX treatment, and adherence to local payment norms.
Match invoices to purchase orders and approvals, resolve discrepancies, and ensure appropriate authorisation before payment under the group approval matrix.
Prepare and execute domestic and cross-border vendor payment runs across multiple banking platforms, ensuring correct beneficiary details, amounts, and timing.
