As we continue to grow globally, we are looking for an experienced International Sales Manager to help expand our export business across key international markets.

Role Overview
The International Sales Manager will be responsible for driving export growth, developing new business opportunities, managing strategic customer relationships, and expanding SHARSID's presence across the USA, Europe, Middle East, and South East Asia.

Key Responsibilities




Develop and execute international sales strategies to achieve annual export targets.
Identify and acquire recent importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and B2B buyers across target markets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with international customers.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and Incoterms.
Collaborate with operations, logistics, and quality teams to ensure on-time, complaint-free deliveries.
Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to strengthen SHARSID's commercial position.
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and monthly business updates for senior management.

Requirements
✔ Bachelor's degree or MBA in Business, International Trade, Agribusiness, or a related field.
✔ 7+ years of experience in international sales, preferably in:
Rice
Agri Commodities
Food Products
✔ Proven experience in export sales, international trade documentation, customer relationship management
