Thrive Advice is not a volume shop.

We work with business owners to answer three questions: where are you now, where do you want to go, and how do we get there together?

Our Client Managers lead that conversation. They do not just prepare the work, they own the outcome.

What the job looks like for you

You will be the primary contact for your clients. That means leading tax planning meetings, management reviews and year-end conversations.

Not just preparing the work, but driving the relationship and the outcome.

You will work inside a pod alongside a Partner, junior staff and our offshore team. You will mentor, review, manage workflow in Karbon and XPM, and keep fees moving.

The right person for this role

CA or CPA qualified (or close to it)

Five-plus years in public practice

Experience owning a client portfolio and delivering advisory outcomes





Confident leading meetings and having real commercial conversations

Strong Xero skills - you know it well enough to improve how clients use it

Familiar with Karbon and XPM, or happy to get across them rapid

Someone who genuinely gives a damn about the work and the people around them
