WHAT YOU'LL DO
Architecture and Delivery
Own the solution architecture from business requirements through implementation, release, and production support.
Lead development across SAP CAP, SAPUI5, OData V4, SAP HANA Cloud, and relevant SAP BTP services.
Define and uphold clean architecture, technical boundaries, Clean Core principles, and SAP development best practices.
Ensure release readiness across Cloud Foundry and, where applicable, Kyma runtime, authorization, CI/CD, monitoring, and operational readiness.
Make sure the platform meets enterprise standards for security, scalability, maintainability, performance, and observability.
Contribute to selected AI-enabled product features using SAP AI Core, SAP Generative AI Hub, prompt orchestration, tool/function calling, evaluation, and observability where appropriate.
People and Collaboration
Coordinate developers providing direction, mentorship, code review,



and support in resolving blockers.
Grow the team's capability in SAP BTP development, architecture, AI-assisted engineering, and production-quality delivery.
Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to align priorities, explain architectural choices, and keep delivery moving.
Raise technical concerns constructively and propose alternatives when trade-offs require a change in direction.

WHAT YOU BRING
Experience
10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant experience as a software architect, developer, or senior engineer, with a robust track record building production solution on SAP BTP.
Deep hands-on experience with SAP CAP using Node.js, CDS modeling, SAPUI5, Fiori Elements, OData V4, SAP HANA Cloud, and cloud deployment.
Proven ownership of enterprise applications across multiple releases, with responsibility for architecture, security, scalability, maintainability
