We are looking for an experienced MDM Solution Architect with solid expertise in Stibo STEP to design and deliver enterprise-scale Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end Stibo STEP MDM solutions across Product, Customer, and Supplier domains.
Architect data models, hierarchies, classifications, attributes, and relationships.
Design integration architecture with enterprise systems (SAP MDG, S/4HANA, etc.).
Develop data governance frameworks, workflows, stewardship models, and data quality rules.
Lead STEP configuration, business rules, workflows, and event processors.
Drive data migration, cleansing, mapping, reconciliation, and deployment strategies.
Mentor technical teams and establish MDM architecture best practices.

Required Skills
8+ years in MDM, Data Management, or Enterprise Architecture
5+ years of hands-on experience with Stibo STEP
Experience in solution architecture and technical leadership




Strong expertise in Data Modeling, Data Governance, and Multi-Domain MDM
Integration experience with REST APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, Batch Processing
Knowledge of MuleSoft, SQL, ETL processes, and Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
Experience with JavaScript Business Rules, Workflows, and STEP Configuration
Strong stakeholder management and Agile delivery experience

Nice to Have
Stibo STEP Certifications
Experience with PIM, Product Syndication (GDSN), and eCommerce ecosystems
Microservices & Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
DevOps, CI/CD, and Automated Deployments
Experience in Manufacturing or Automotive domains
