Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Prayagraj. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, meeting potential clients, and presenting KarmaTeQ’s AI, software, and automation solutions in a clear and compelling manner.



The role includes conducting regular client visits, delivering product demos, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets. The individual will maintain robust relationships with existing clients, gather feedback, and collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. Daily activities also involve market research, competitor analysis, reporting sales progress, and participating in events or meetings that support business development.
Qualifications
Strong field sales, business development, and client relationship management skills, with experience selling IT or software solutions.
Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, including comfort with in-person meetings and product demonstrations.
