The Prospect

As an Associate – Production Finance, you'll be a key business partner supporting Netflix's growing slate of original productions in India.

This is much more than a finance role. You'll work at the intersection of finance, production,



and strategy—partnering with internal teams and production companies to help productions make informed financial decisions from development through delivery.

You'll gain exposure to every stage of the production lifecycle while helping ensure our productions are financially sound, operationally efficient, and positioned for success.

What You'll Do

Partner with Productions

Work closely with production companies, line producers, production accountants, production auditors and internal Netflix teams throughout the lifecycle of a production.
Build trusted relationships with creative, production, legal, business affairs, tax, accounts payable, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
Support production partners by providing guidance on Netflix's financial policies, reporting expectations, and production finance processes.
