Job Description for Infor FSM Finance Consultant:

Provide L2/L3 functional support for Infor FSM Finance modules.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within agreed SLAs.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial processes.
Perform root cause analysis and recommend long-term solutions for recurring issues.
Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and provide functional solutions.
Support application enhancements, configuration changes, testing, and deployments.
Assist with incident, problem, and change management activities.
Participate in upgrade, patching, and system improvement initiatives.
Work closely with technical teams for issue resolution involving integrations, workflows, and data interfaces.




Prepare functional documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, and support artifacts.
Solid functional knowledge of:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Cash Management
Asset Management
Budgeting and Financial Reporting
Experience providing application support in an L2/L3 support environment.
Prior involvement in at least one or more Infor FSM implementation projects.
Ability to work independently and engage with business stakeholders.
Prior experience with healthcare clients is a plus
