About The Role
We're looking for a Creative Promo Writer who bleeds advertising — someone who has lived inside the high-pressure, high-output world of a top-tier creative agency and can now bring that performance-marketing instinct to entertainment.
This isn't a content writer role. This is a role for someone who knows the difference between a line that entertains and a line that converts — and can write both before lunch.
You'll craft punchy, emotionally loaded promo scripts that make a viewer stop scrolling, press play, and subscribe. Your work sits at the intersection of advertising copy, short-form drama, and performance marketing.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own the promo script pipeline. Write scripts and copy for promotional videos, show trailers, social media ads, and campaign creatives targeting Hindi-speaking and global audiences — with agency-level craft and OTT-native instincts.
Find the hook. Work with the Creative Lead and production team to identify the sharpest 'sellable angles' for each show — the hook that reduces CAC and maximises conversions.
Dial the format. Write the 3-second scroll-stopper, the 15-second trailer hook, and the emotional gut-punch — and know exactly which one the brief needs.
Storyboard thinking. Create detailed shot breakdown sheets alongside scripts — not just words on a page, but a
