About the Team

The Multinational Client Retention team partners with global and regional
clients to deliver tailored Property & Casualty insurance solutions while
driving long-term client relationships and retention. The team works closely
with insurers, brokers, and internal stakeholders to provide strategic risk
management support, seamless renewals, and exceptional client service across
complex multinational programs.





Key Responsibilities

* Client Needs Assessment/Client Retention: Conduct thorough assessments of
clients' insurance requirements by analyzing their existing coverage,
evaluating risks, and understanding their financial goals. Effectively
communicate and educate clients on available insurance products and their
advantages.
* Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
to foster loyalty and long-term partnerships as well as focus on servicing
existing clients and expanding opportunities.
* Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and
changes in insurance regulations. Conduct regular market research to identify
emerging opportunities, competitive pricing, and new insurance products that
can benefit clients.
