The Role: Intern
We are looking for an Intern to support the day-to-day execution and growth of Uplearn, Upstox's learning platform. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Content, and Operations, providing hands-on exposure to how digital learning products are managed, optimized, and scaled. The intern will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of live learning experiences, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders,
managing platform configurations, and contributing to product growth initiatives.
What You’ll Own
You'll be at the intersection of Product, Operations, and Growth, helping build exceptional learning experiences for millions of learners by executing product initiatives, optimizing user journeys, and ensuring flawless delivery of live educational content. Your role will involve:
Qualitative Work:
Ensure a seamless learning experience across all Uplearn live sessions, webinars, and courses
Coordinate with tutors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and error-free execution
Drive operational excellence for Daily Market webinars, and other initiatives
Identify gaps in user journeys and recommend improvements to increase learner engagement and satisfaction
Act as the bridge between Product, Content, Marketing, Design, and external partners to keep initiatives moving forward
