Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic design intern who is eager to learn, shows user empathy, and is developing their design craftsmanship and problem-solving skills. You will work and learn alongside UX researchers, product managers, and engineers, supporting the design process from concept to implementation while growing your practical skills on real product challenges.
Responsibilities:
Contribute ideas,
from foundational concepts to small UI interactions, alongside fellow designers, product managers, and developers.
Bring a user focus to these brainstorming sessions.
Support senior designers in turning initial concepts and mock-ups into entire end-to-end experiences within the product.
Quickly iterate on concepts and prototypes to bring them to life, with guidance from the team.
Help build and maintain design system components that are simple to understand but help us to move faster as we scale.
Assist with user research and usability testing to discover the problems we need to focus on and to validate design changes.
Participate in design critiques with other team members, sharing your own work for feedback and learning from others.
Partner with us to develop a visual language that is consistent, transparent, and understandable across platforms.
