Role Overview:
The candidate will primarily cater to inbound leads and turn them into business opportunities. The candidate will be a key contributor to building a global SDR vertical for the sales organization at Gumlet and will work closely with the sales head to identify the best reach-out practices for sales development regarding the Gumlet product suite.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct activities to identify and qualify new business opportunities
Prospect via calling, highly personalized emails, and LinkedIn to move these leads through the pipeline.
Conduct product presentations, and discovery calls, and employ a consultative selling approach to nurture them for graduation.
Collaborate with the AE team, Marketing team, and Solution Engineers to develop strategic sales initiatives.
Cater to the leads within the set time once it’s assigned on the CRM
Devise a multi-channel communication plan to get meetings with the leads by leveraging sales enablement tools

Job Requirements:
Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization,



including C-level executives
Self-starter who can operate in a hyper-growth environment
The candidate should be comfortable adopting working hours as per the requirements
Experience in pitching SaaS products will be preferred
Solid analytics skills to identify inefficiencies to improve the demand generation process
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

Education Requirement:
Possess a BE/BTech or equivalent degree.
A minimum of 2+years prior SDR (handling inbound leads) experience within a target-driven
environment, ideally in the CRM/Saas/Software industry, is preferred
Excellent command of U.S. English (understanding, speaking, and writing)

Mandatory requirements:
Working hours will be from 5 PM to 1 AM (US Shift)
Proficiency with Hubspot and other sales enablement tools
Inbound SaaS experience
2+ years of experience in North American market.
