Job Summary
TRENDCON INFRA LLP is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Head to lead the sales function for TRENDCON AURELIUS in Varthur, Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading and mentoring the sales team, developing strategic sales initiatives, and ensuring exceptional customer engagement to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve project sales targets and revenue objectives.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.
Identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and channel partnerships.
Generate qualified leads through direct sales, channel partners, and marketing initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, investors, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
Conduct site visits, customer presentations, and project demonstrations.




Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing, CRM, legal, finance, and project teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, budgets, and pipeline reviews for management.
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and RERA guidelines.
Resolve escalated customer concerns while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
8–15 years of sales experience, with at least 5–7 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential projects.
Solid understanding of the Bengaluru real estate market.
