Role Description The Owner role at Aayushi Saraf & Associates is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The Owner leads overall operations, sets strategic direction, and ensures that services are delivered efficiently and in line with qualified standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing client engagements, managing and mentoring team members, monitoring financial performance, and implementing processes for continuous improvement. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships,



representing the firm in professional and business forums, and making key decisions related to growth, resource allocation, and risk management. Qualifications
