Roles & Responsibilities:
Proactively partner with the business to understand and interpret needs.
Provide advanced user account request management.
Optimize user onboarding and access request fulfillment consistent with access control processes.
Relentless focus on improving the user experience while reducing overall enterprise risk and manual provisioning efforts.
Assist in administration of IDP, PAM and other identity management platforms.
Manage Employee Support portal workflow enhancements and provide recommendations. Identify opportunities to optimize and automation the creation and management of user IDs and associated access in internal systems such as GDT, Leasewave, FleetTrak, etc. Identify frequent request types and partner with IAM engineering to implement automation solutions or define and help eliminate obstacles. Create and manage user IDs and associated appropriate access
