Tetris Group is a Bengaluru-headquartered group building technology-led businesses across government innovation infrastructure, venture creation and institutional capital. The group operates across four core lines:
Tetris Ventures_ A Venture Studio
A defence & aerospace-focused studio that builds and co-builds startups from the ground up, taking founding equity positions across a growing portfolio of ventures.
AIF
An Alternative Investment Fund that channels institutional capital into the group's venture and innovation pipeline.
Innovation Centers (B2G)
Large-scale government and public-infrastructure innovation hubs; building physical and institutional infrastructure for technology and innovation ecosystems in partnership with state governments.
Tetris Intelligence
is an existing,
proven line within this portfolio; it has already established its applied-AI model in market. The mandate now is to scale it out of that structure and into a properly constituted, independently branded company: its own leadership bench, its own capital, and its own growth trajectory.
The Chance
Tetris Intelligence designs and deploys AI products, runs corporate innovation engagements for large enterprises, and offers AI Talent as a Service to embed specialized AI operators into transformation programs. Talent deployment is a delivery mechanism for AI outcomes; not the product itself.
This is an equity-based leadership role, structured for someone who wants to build and own a real stake in what they scale not a fixed operating assignment. You will take an established business line and give it the full shape of a company: its own P&L;, brand, leadership team and capital structure, while operating within the wider Tetris Group, alongside the Venture
