Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify leads, manage client inquiries, and conduct property presentations and site visits for residential and commercial projects.



Responsibilities include maintaining a sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing transactions while ensuring a high standard of client service. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, staying updated on market trends in Gurugram and Delhi NCR, and contributing to sales targets and revenue growth. The Sales Executive will also maintain accurate records in CRM tools and represent the brand professionally at client meetings and property events.
Qualifications
Strong skills in client relationship management, lead generation, and consultative selling, with the ability to understand and align with client investment goals.
