Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Sales Executive – Lead Generation & Closing role based in Ghaziabad, focused on the domestic market. The role primarily involves generating leads through LinkedIn outreach, identifying and connecting with architects, interior designers, and hospitality procurement professionals, and nurturing these leads through the sales pipeline via calls, WhatsApp, and email follow-ups.



The Sales Executive will present our carpet collections, explain our collaboration/partnership model, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals in line with company targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of outreach and leads, following up consistently with prospects, coordinating with internal teams for order execution, and providing regular sales reports. The role also requires staying updated on design trends and competitor activity within the interior design and carpet industry.
Qualifications
Robust skills in LinkedIn-based lead generation, prospecting, and client relationship management.
Proven ability in sales closing, negotiation, and handling objections effectively.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English and Hindi.
Comfort with using LinkedIn, CRM tools, spreadsheets, and standard office software to track and report sales activities
