The Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who can craft intuitive, scalable,
AI-powered consumer experiences while driving product outcomes at scale.
This role is ideal for someone who combines solid design fundamentals, systems
thinking, business understanding, and execution speed. We want someone who
doesn't just design screens, but deeply understands user behavior, business impact,
and how great design moves key metrics.

You'll work on 0→1 product explorations, AI-first experiences, core product journeys,
and scaled features that influence how millions experience devotion and spirituality
digitally.

As a senior member of the design team, you'll also play a key role in mentoring
designers, shaping design culture, and raising the quality bar across the organization.

What Y ou'll Do
● Own end-to-end design for key product experiences across mobile and web
● Drive 0→1 product initiatives from problem discovery to launch
● Design intuitive,



AI-powered consumer experiences that solve real user problems
● Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams to define problems, identify opportunities, and measure success
● Create high-quality wireframes, prototypes, interaction flows, and polished UI designs
● Think beyond usability and evaluate design decisions through the lens of business impact, user engagement, retention, and conversion metrics
● Use user research, behavioral data, experimentation, and usability findings validate and improve designs
● Contribute to and evolve design systems to ensure consistency and scalability Leverage modern AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.) extensively in the design workflow for ideation, research, content generation, prototyping, and productivity
● Mentor and guide junior product designers through reviews, feedback, and structured design thinking
● Communicate design rationale
