Role Overview




Abound is looking for a detail-oriented and highly accountable Lead Financial Operations professional to own and monitor the end-to-end reconciliation process across payment and remittance workflows. This role will be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, timely closure of reconciliations, exception tracking, partner settlement validation, and operational control across multiple payment touchpoints.
The ideal candidate should bring strong experience in remittance operations, payment gateways and high-volume transaction reconciliation, along with the ability to work cross-functionally with product, finance, operations, compliance, and partner teams. This is an individual contributor role for someone who can independently drive outcomes, improve controls, and build scalable reconciliation processes in a rapid-moving fintech environment.
