Job Overview

We are seeking a data-driven Data Insights Analyst to transform marketing and sales data into actionable insights that drive business growth. The role involves partnering with stakeholders to understand business needs, developing dashboards and visualizations, analyzing performance trends, and delivering data-driven recommendations using analytics, BI tools, and emerging AI/ML technologies. Additionally, the analyst will conduct regular and ad hoc analyses to identify opportunities, optimize business performance, and support strategic decision-making.

Business Intelligence & Reporting: Design, build, automate and maintain end-to-end BI solutions to track marketing performance, campaign ROI, and customer engagement.
AI/ML Application: Apply machine learning techniques (e.g., predictive modeling, clustering, NLP) to forecast behavior and optimize marketing strategies.
