We are looking for a Design Engineer to join the ME-Die Back Office Design Support team.
Responsibilities
Interact with stakeholders regarding tasks, requirements, and clarifications.
Estimate the work received from stakeholders and align deliverables with the committed timelines.
Prepare 3D models and 2D drawings in accordance with TE standards.
Manage work hours and maintain accurate records of tasks and deliverables.
Handle basic stamping design and stamping process related activities.
Demonstrate a proactive approach and apply lateral thinking to solve problems and improve processes.
EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
Post Diploma in Tool design
Diploma in Tool making
Competencies And Experience Required
2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
Proficient with CAD software – 3D modelling, 2D drafting, and assembly.
Proficient with MS Office tools.
Knowledge of basic stamping design and stamping processes.
Basic knowledge in manufacturing processes.
Positive communication skills for stakeholder interaction; proactive and capable of lateral thinking.
