About the Role
We are looking for an MIS Executive / Data Analyst to support data reporting, analysis, and business decision-making. The ideal candidate should have robust proficiency in Power BI and MS Excel and be comfortable working with data to create accurate reports and insightful dashboards.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports and dashboards.
Develop and manage interactive dashboards using Power BI.
Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and key business insights.
Use MS Excel for data management, reporting, analysis, and automation.
Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure data accuracy.




Coordinate with internal teams to collect and validate data.
Prepare timely reports for management and business stakeholders.
Support data-driven decision-making through accurate analysis and reporting.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in MIS, Data Analysis, Reporting, or a similar role.
Proficiency in Power BI.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Candidates based in Gurugram or willing to work near the Gurugram location will be preferred.
