About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Lead – Project Accounts & Admin Manager (Site) to drive site-level finance, accounts, and administration functions. The role is responsible for ensuring financial governance, statutory compliance, cost control, and seamless administrative support while enabling productive project execution across project sites.

Location: Project Sites (Across India)
Function: Finance & Accounts
Reporting To: Finance Head (Business) & Project Director / Project Manager

Experience:
15–22 Years of relevant experience in Project Finance, Accounts, and Site Administration, preferably in EPC, Construction, or Infrastructure organizations.

Educational Qualification:
• B.Com & M.Com
• MBA (Finance) / CA / CMA – Preferred

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead site accounting operations including vendor payments, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and financial controls.
✔ Monitor project budgets, cost control measures, cash flow, fund requirements, and banking transactions in coordination with Corporate Finance.
✔ Ensure timely preparation and submission of:




• Financial Statements
• MIS Reports
• Audit Documentation
• Statutory Returns
✔ Oversee site administration including:
• Accommodation
• Transportation
• Office Infrastructure
• Employee Welfare Facilities
✔ Ensure compliance with taxation, labour laws, statutory regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
✔ Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
✔ Maintain financial, contractual, statutory, and administrative records.
✔ Support procurement and logistics teams in vendor onboarding, invoice verification, and payment processing.
✔ Lead, mentor, and develop the Site Accounts & Administration team while driving operational excellence and policy compliance.
