Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd is seeking a Premier Acquisition Manager to lead and
drive sales for our CASA (Current Account Savings Account) products. The ideal
candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a solid understanding of
the banking industry.

As a Premier Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and
executing sales strategies to acquire new customers for our CASA products. This
role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to build and maintain strong
relationships with potential clients. You will work closely with the sales team
to identify and target high-value prospects, and your primary focus will be on
achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support
to drive sales performance.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly,
quarterly, and annual sales targets.
* Identify and target high-value prospects for CASA products, utilizing market
research and data analysis.




* Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding
their needs and offering tailored solutions.
* Conduct regular sales meetings and provide feedback to the team, ensuring a
collaborative and motivated environment.
* Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, and adapt sales
approaches accordingly.
* Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create compelling
sales materials and campaigns.
* Ensure compliance with banking regulations and maintain high ethical
standards in sales practices.
* Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support to retain and
satisfy existing clients.
* Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and
optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications
