Application Support Engineer — US / UK / Asia shift

You will be the first line of defense for business‑critical applications, owning user access, incident response, and day‑to‑day stability. In this role you’ll combine hands‑on troubleshooting (logs, data and configs) with cross‑team coordination to keep applications available and users productive.

Our Team

You’ll join a cross‑functional support team that partners closely with Development, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Security to support enterprise applications across multiple regions. The team follows ITIL best practices and focuses on quick, measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

Act as the primary point of contact (L1/L2) for all application‑related incidents, service requests, and user queries
Manage user access, roles, and permissions, ensuring compliance with security and governance standards
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues by analyzing logs, application behavior, data, and configurations
Perform initial root cause analysis (RCA)



and collaborate with development teams for deeper technical fixes
Monitor application health, availability, and performance; proactively identify and report potential issues
Validate deployments and provide post‑release support, including smoke testing and monitoring
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Development, Infra, Cloud, Security) for timely resolution
Maintain accurate incident documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Support incident, problem, and change management processes in line with ITIL practices
Ensure adherence to defined SLAs, response times, and escalation procedures

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications).

3–5 years' experience in Application Support, Technical Support, or Developer Support for enterprise or business‑critical applications
Working knowledge of: React, JavaScript, HTML & CSS, PowerApps, SQL
Ability to debug and understand application code at a fu
