The Lead Growth Pods (Growth Analyst)is a Mid-office & face of business for Sales & Marketing teams. And will act as the Trusted Advisors and Growth Catalysts to the frontline.
This role exists to help frontline improve their time in front of the clients and to make that time impactful. The role acts as a single point of contact for frontlines to leverage larger ecosystem

Responsibilities
1. Growth Strategy & Market Expansion
Assist in developing and own execution of the growth strategy for Industry and Functional Advisory.
Identify emerging trends, competitive positioning, and whitespace opportunities.
Build business cases for current offerings, partnerships, and market entry strategies.
Target Planning (Advisory, Industry, Function, Portfolio, Account)



in partnership with Finance and closure with Advisory leadership
2. Pipeline Development & Revenue Generation
Partner with Advisory leadership to prioritize high‑value initiatives.
Enable account expansion through cross‑sell and upsell opportunities in Genpact Priority accounts.
Track and report pipeline performance, forecasting, and revenue outcomes.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Building
Build trusted relationships with senior Advisory stakeholders.
Understand needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
Support executive‑level presentations on growth across Segment, unit and business reviews.
4. Offering & Solution Development
Collaborate with functional advisory leaders to shape differentiated consulting offerings.
Translate market demand into packaged solutions & value propositions.
Ensure offerings are aligned with client needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
