Role Purpose
This role is accountable for the accurate, compliant, and timely administration of NIIT’s employee perks programmes - spanning group insurance schemes, reimbursement processing and vendor coordination. The role operates as the execution arm of the C&B; function, translating benefits strategy into a consistent, error-free NIITian experience. It requires a high degree of process discipline, vendor accountability, and the ability to manage operational complexity across a multi-location workforce without escalation to the C&B; Manager for routine matters.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and drive the organization’s Health & Wellness agenda, ensuring effective adoption and sustained employee engagement.
Administer the Company Car Policy end‑to‑end, including enrolment, exits, and query resolution.
Ensure flawless, end‑to‑end execution of Annual Awards and Long Service Awards, maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and governance.
Manage complete administration of group benefit programs (Mediclaim, Term Life, Personal Accident), including enrolments, mid‑year changes, deletions, and renewals.
Act as the primary coordination point with insurance TPAs and brokers, ensuring timely issuance of policies, e‑cards, endorsements, and maintenance of audit‑ready policy records.
Own the end‑to‑end processing of NIITian insurance claims (cashless and reimbursement), serving as the operational liaison between employees, TPAs, and insurers to ensure SLA‑driven resolution.
Maintain benefits data accuracy and integrity across HRIS platforms, ensuring employee and dependent records are current, reconciled, and audit‑compliant.
Track, analyze, and drive benefits utilization, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
Manage daily vendor interactions, escalate unresolved issues with complete documentation, and track closure against defined timelines.
